About Ferretti Real Estate
Daniel Ferretti is the founding principal of the Ferretti Real Estate Group. He founded Ferretti Real Estate Group in 2012 on the key principle of putting the wants and needs of his clients first. His main objective is to ensure his clients, whether buying or selling receive the best price on their transaction. Daniel and his team always deliver a smooth and seamless real estate transaction which leads his clients to call upon him for their future real estate needs.
About Daniel:
Daniel was born in Palm Springs, California, raised in Verona, Italy and possesses dual citizenship. Real estate is a family tradition, his grandfather, a real estate developer, and his father, a general contractor have built well over 1,500 homes together in the Greater Los Angeles area. As a teenager, Daniel enthusiastically showed many properties to clients in various family built developments throughout the Coachella Valley. It was then that he knew he wanted to pursue a career in real estate. In addition to real estate, his appreciation for art and architecture broadened exponentially with his work at the Annenberg Retreat at Sunnylands working for the Communication and Marketing office. He is closely familiar with the vast collections of fine art and antiquities from the U.S., China and much of Europe. He enjoys art history, world music, and cooking. He has a particular interest in music having played the trumpet for nearly 13 years and has recently taken up classical guitar. Daniel holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication and Public Relations from the Palm Desert Campus, California State University, San Bernardino. He is highly ambitious having worked tirelessly to achieve his goal of home ownership at the age of 22. Daniel is affable, genuine and you will find his enthusiasm contagious. About Elina:
Elina Linnér was born and raised in Malmo, Sweden until the age of 16 when she and her family moved to La Quinta, CA. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family who is very dedicated to their work, as a young girl Elina has always admired their work ethic and drive to achieve their goals. From selling newspapers and working at a bakery at the age of 13, she knows what hard work looks like. Elina grew up playing sports her entire life and Team Handball caught her attention at a very young age where she worked her way up to compete at a national level. She knows the importance of being a team player and the discipline required to succeed. Unlike many other college students, Elina was a division one scholar athlete on top of having a job. A graduate from San Diego State University, with a bachelor's degree in Economics, Elina is one of the youngest agents in Coachella Valley and sold her first home prior to graduating college. She sets her dreams high and has always told herself that, “Impossible only means that you haven’t found the solution yet.” Having had prior experience interning at Tradition Properties, working with high-end luxury homes; and now a Real Estate Agent, Elina is certain that she can assist you whether you are looking to buy or sell.
