Shane Seaton is a dedicated real estate professional and entrepreneur specializing in residential sales throughout the Coachella Valley and surrounding desert communities. As an agent with Equity Union Real Estate, Shane leads with a client-first philosophy grounded in transparency, attention to detail, and strategic market insight. Before launching his real estate career, Shane spent nearly a decade building and scaling an executive recruiting firm within the construction and development sectors. Working with national homebuilding, commercial, and multifamily companies, he honed his ability to listen deeply, identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and support clients in making high-stakes decisions. These skills now serve his real estate clients exceptionally well.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Shane relocated to Palm Desert in 2019 and quickly developed a strong connection to the desert lifestyle and community. His roots here run even deeper—his family history dates back to the 1930s, when his great-grandfather served as Chief of Police in Palm Springs and owned C.W. Seaton Grading & Excavating, one of the early companies that helped pave the desert’s roads. That legacy of building and service continues to shape Shane’s commitment to the region today.

Outside of real estate, Shane embraces the desert lifestyle—balancing work with outdoor adventure, fitness, and creative pursuits. His interests include surfing in San Diego, wakeboarding in Discovery Bay, hiking and exploring nature, training at the gym, snowboarding in Lake Tahoe, cooking gourmet meals, and playing guitar.
