When he eventually found his way to the Coachella Valley, he quickly understood why so many people feel an immediate connection to the desert - the relaxed pace, the year-round sunshine, and a lifestyle that encourages people to slow down and truly enjoy where they live. His personal experience with relocation gives him a rare empathy. He does not simply guide transitions; he has lived them.
